This course represents the continuation of the calculus sequence. It is a systematic approach to the understanding of multivariable calculus. Topics include: vectors, vector-valued functions, functions of several variables, multiple integration, and vector analysis.
Prerequisites: Successful completion of BC Calculus.
Course Objectives:
(a) To reinforce knowledge gained from Calculus BC.
(b) To extend that knowledge to multivariable calculus.
(c) To demonstrate the immediate relevance and applicability to other disciplines (Physics, in particular).
